➡️ Recover or restore your wallet using your 12 word seed

Here are the steps for recovering your wallet in the LiteWallet app provided that you have your 12 word seed available:

1. Login to Litewallet
2. Tap on the "hamburger" ☰ then Settings
3. Tap Start/Recover Another Wallet
4. Tap Next and get your 12 word seed
5. Enter the 12 words and confirm

If you do not have access to your 12 word seed or have lost your seed, unfortunately the wallet isn't possible to recover. We do not have any access to your seed.

"I lost my 12 word seed"

If you lost your phrase and you can't to enter the wallet with your pin, then your access to your funds is lost.

You have full control over your funds, and full responsibility for keeping your 12-word phrase safe.

The Litewallet Team are not able to provide you with your 12-word phrase. Once you lose it – you lose access to your funds. The 12-word backup phrase is only encrypted on your device and not stored on our servers.

Finally: If someone asks you for your 12-word phrase for any reason – do NOT provide it! No problem with the wallet requires a 12-word phrase to be shared. The Litewallet team will never ask for it.
