Litecoin Send Problems
Problem: When users are sending/withdrawing LTC to a different wallet they may be running into a problem where it does not send properly, and the wallet displays a 20-40% problem. This is due to internet connectivity and/or a syncing problem. Also, please double check you have taking the fees into account.
Solution: The sent LTC was never initiated. Nothing was done incorrectly; your phone or tablet prevented the transmission to go through because of internet connectivity. There are no servers between Litewallet on your smartphone and the nodes running Litecoin. If you just change your internet connection access point (your local café or shopping mall) this usually fixes the problem. You can also switch to the cell data configuration on your smartphone. If you use Home Wifi, a good cellular data connection, or a Wifi without a firewall you should be able to send Litecoin. VPN scramblers may also interrupt your connection.
Solution: Send problems may also happen because you are not fully synced with the LTC blockchain. When you are not synced, Litewallet may have a problem initiating a withdrawal. You may even see a Litecoin balance within the SEND tab, but can't send because you are not fully synced with the LTC Blockchain. See the directions below in order to run a Manual Sync to ensure that you are fully synced.
I Purchased Litecoin but I don't see it
Problem: Litewallet allows users to purchase LTC via MoonPay and Simplex. It's convenient and goes straight to your Litewallet. Sometimes the purchased amount can take some time to show up in Litewallet.
Solution: The exchange that was used to purchase Litecoin may not send Litecoin right away. It could take hours or days depending on the exchange. Please be patient. If you have contacted the exchange and they have claimed that they have indeed sent the money to Litewallet you can always run a manual sync explained below. Purchased Litecoin will show up in Litewallet as long as the exchange has sent the Litecoin and you are in sync with the LTC blockchain.
Litecoin Not Displaying on History (Sync problem)
Problem: Many users get concerned when a transaction does not appear on their history of transactions tab. For example, you have received Litecoin and it is confirmed on the LTC blockchain (https://blockchair.com/litecoin), but doesn’t appear on your history tab. This is due to syncing (synchronization) issues. You must allow the app to sync with the LTC blockchain.
Solution: Litewallet automatically syncs up with the blockchain upon opening. However, you must allow the app some time to automatically sync, and the speed depends on your internet connectivity. The app will not sync in the background when it is NOT open. Many sync problems can be fixed with a manual sync to the LTC blockchain.
You can perform a manual sync to the Litecoin blockchain by doing the following actions: Menu (hamburger symbol, upper right-hand corner)>Settings>Manage>Sync Blockchain>Start Sync. This may take a bit of time.

For some reason even if you switch to different WiFi the 40% is not getting fixed ? Any other suggestions

There are a couple of reasons why wifi may not work. I may try using cellular data to see if that allows you to SEND. And home wifi should work as long as there are no restrictions on that wifi. Please report if you are successful.

I use litewallet for years just fine. I updated to v3.12.1 (Feb 2024) and to send LTC, a 0.015 LTC service fee has been added (cost to send LTC is £1.02 instead of £0.01). What is this? I could find no mention of this anywhere.
I updated app in March 2024 and the service fee is now £1.59, in fiat only.
i recover my wallet on new device with same passphrase 12 words and got a other wallet without balance i synch often times still no balance here. the other old device i forgot the pinlock this is why i restore on new device but my old wallet with balance not appear pls help already submit a request but no answer
Same issue as luka kekelidze and Gdhl. My transaction history is blank spaces and my balance is 0. When i use my phrase to recover my wallet, the balance is 0. No idea what happened and where all of my LTC went. Please help

Rubenv231 same exact thing happened to me starting yesterday.
0=0 balance, whited out transaction history, can’t send anything, synced multiple times, redownloaded the app, nothing fixed it. I even recovered my wallet on another device and it had the same glitch.
I hope it’s just a glitch because I had a significant amount of LTC in the wallet. I reached out to support but no response yet, you should submit a ticket to them with your issue since it seems to be impacting multiple users.
Problems with opening Litewallet after sync. I got problems on IOS 17.4.1 and IOS 15.08.2, with wallet working only one second and closed. After speaking with support-person they saying about working on solving this problem but I’m lost control of my LTC for with time….
