Hello, I have been doing customer support for Litewallet for a couple of years. Many issues I have seen are due to the wallet NOT being in sync with the LTC blockchain. Not being in sync can cause a number of issues including but not limited to: being able to view your Litecoins, sending, viewing purchased Litecoins, history of transactions, etc.
*If you see that a transaction has been processed (https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/) and you don't see it in your wallet, this is most likely a sync issue. Very common for our users to experience this.
Litewallet will AUTOMATICALLY sync to the LTC blockchain. The app has to be open and you can't close it for the wallet to be fully synced. This can take some time especially the first time Litewallet is downloaded. The good news is that once synced completely, if you open the app semi-regularly, syncing times will be drastically reduced.
You can also run a manual sync, this will ensure that your Litewallet is IN-SYNC. You can perform a manual sync to the Litecoin blockchain by doing the following actions: Menu (hamburger symbol, upper right-hand corner)>Settings>Manage>Sync Blockchain>Start Sync.
Also, Litewallet developers are working hard on creating a solution to the syncing time required. Look for updates that allow wallets to sync with the LTC blockchain much faster than current conditions. Please reach out to customer support if you are experiencing any issues and we would be glad to help.
